uki147a-uki147h - Aim to provide slightly more complex shopping problems involving addition and multiplication of money up to £20. Use the recommended printouts for the children to work from. Read the instructions together and talk about the fruit on sale, using all the appropriate language when comparing and contrasting prices. Discuss the calculations necessary for the different quantities and types of fruit to be purchased. Make sure that the children understand all the tasks before they begin to complete the activities.
