Father Fifty likes to believe he is the head of the coin family, but everyone knows that it is actually Mother Pound who wears the trousers. He enjoys the family life, and is content having his children around him. He loves to snooze in front of the fire, with a cup of tea, or reading the newspaper, waiting for his next slice of Mothers Cherry cake - he loves to eat. The children know that if they want something, Father Fifty is the one to ask, he'll agree to anything. Mother Pound is less likely to give in to the children. Father's favourite daughter is Talula, he thinks she has inherited his good looks, he is very proud of his shape.
