Smallest, youngest, cheeky, impish, gets into trouble, takes advantage of his size and age. Perry Penny has an older sister - Tina Two - who he often blames for the tricks he plays and the trouble he causes. Because his sister is a little older, he generally plays with his dog, Trakka. Perry and Trakka get up to all sorts of mischief which inevitably lands them in trouble with the others. Perry's hero is his eldest brother Freddy Five, he thinks he is really cool and wants to be like him when he grows up.
